Board Members
A Board of Directors made up of ten members controls the Chapel Hill Day Care Center (CHDCC). The duties of this Board include creating policy, selecting the Director who administers the program and implements the policy including supervising the spending of funds necessary to maintain the CHDCC and its program.

The officers of the board include: Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Secretary, and Treasure. These four officers and the immediate past chairperson serve on the executive committee and act for Board between regular meetings.
