Late Payment/ Nonpayment
Tuition payments made after the tenth day of the month will have a $50 penalty assessed to be paid with that tuition payment. If the 10th day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the last day tuition can be paid without a late fee is to last day the Center is open before that holiday or weekend (i.e., if the 10th is a Saturday, tuition would have to be paid by the 9th; if the 10th is a Sunday, tuition would have to be paid by the 8th; etc.). If any required or accrued fees (tuition, program fees, and late fees) are not paid within two (2) months of when they are due, the Board Chair will be notified. The child will not be allowed to continue at the Center unless the Finance Committee of the Board makes a special recommendation. The Center reserves the right to use Small Claims Court or other appropriate legal means to secure the unpaid tuition and/or fees even though the child is no longer enrolled.
