Tuition is
based upon the budgeted cost of care for the
Center and is due the first school day of each
month. Tuition remains constant throughout the
fiscal
year, including months that have holidays, workdays, or inclement weather closings
in them. Tuition is prorated only if a child enrolls on or after the 16th of
the month. In that instance, tuition for the remainder of the month will be 50%
of the monthly rate for that classroom. If a child withdraws or is away from
the Center during the month, the full tuition for the entire month is due at
the beginning of that month. No tuition moneys will be refunded for partial attendance
during a month except for kindergarten-bound children. Each year, once the school
calendar for the next year is set, the Board will decide the proportion of the
last month's tuition that will be due for kindergarten bound children based
on the start date of kindergarten. Tuition increases can be expected each fiscal
year.
The Director will evaluate the child and determine the appropriate classroom
placement.
The maturity and skills of the child will be determining factor on the assignment
level.
